Structural Analysis Engineer

Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed structural analysis and simulations for automotive components and systems
  • Develop and validate structural designs to meet safety, durability, and performance standards
  • Collaborate with design teams to provide structural engineering expertise and guidance
  • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and other relevant analytical methods
  • Prepare and present technical reports, including analysis results and design recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide support throughout the product development cycle, from concept to production
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Experience in structural analysis engineering, preferably within the automotive sector
  • Proficiency in structural design and engineering principles
  • Strong knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) tools and techniques
  • Understanding of automotive materials and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant degree in engineering or a related field
