Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Investigo. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our company's accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and verify invoices to ensure accurate payments received
  • Produce monthly payment reports for management and directors
  • Reconcile sales rebates and refunds
  • Process daily invoices for credit customers
  • Investigate missing sales invoice payments
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular credit checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable files and records
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the finance department

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel

What We Offer:

AAT or equivalent exam entries will be funded by the business for the first attempt.
