About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Egis in the UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a number of projects at different stages of the project lifecycle, from design inception to close out.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of projects, including scheme development and engagement with stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including planners, construction managers, and designers
  • Management of the P6 programme, including identification of critical path activities
  • Commercial management of projects, including cost planning, supply chain quotations, and invoice review
  • Commission and manage internal and external resources, ensuring quality, budget, and programme adherence
  • Lead on gateways and collaborative cost reviews with clients and project teams
  • Adhere to project governance procedures and lead presentations with supporting documentation
  • Routine reporting on project schedule, progress, risk, and commercial status
  • Engage in the Collaborative M25 Community, including Balance Scorecards, forums, and workshops
Requirements
  • Project Management experience, preferably supported by a recognised qualification, such as PRINCE2 or APMP
  • Broad skills, knowledge, and understanding of Highway or Structures Engineering and associated design areas
  • Knowledge of CDM and other H&S and Environmental legislation related to Highway Engineering
  • Knowledge of the NEC (New Engineering Contract) and other relevant forms of contract
  • Strong safety management culture and self-aware, adaptable style to meet varying project needs
  • Ability and willingness to travel to other offices for meetings and site visits
  • Full Driving License
