We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Egis in the UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a number of projects at different stages of the project lifecycle, from design inception to close out.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end management of projects, including scheme development and engagement with stakeholders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including planners, construction managers, and designers
- Management of the P6 programme, including identification of critical path activities
- Commercial management of projects, including cost planning, supply chain quotations, and invoice review
- Commission and manage internal and external resources, ensuring quality, budget, and programme adherence
- Lead on gateways and collaborative cost reviews with clients and project teams
- Adhere to project governance procedures and lead presentations with supporting documentation
- Routine reporting on project schedule, progress, risk, and commercial status
- Engage in the Collaborative M25 Community, including Balance Scorecards, forums, and workshops
- Project Management experience, preferably supported by a recognised qualification, such as PRINCE2 or APMP
- Broad skills, knowledge, and understanding of Highway or Structures Engineering and associated design areas
- Knowledge of CDM and other H&S and Environmental legislation related to Highway Engineering
- Knowledge of the NEC (New Engineering Contract) and other relevant forms of contract
- Strong safety management culture and self-aware, adaptable style to meet varying project needs
- Ability and willingness to travel to other offices for meetings and site visits
- Full Driving License
