We are seeking a highly organized and IT-literate Insurance Broker to join our team in Jersey. As a Personal Lines Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing a complete, efficient, and professional service to our clients, ensuring individual quality and quantity targets are met to achieve profitability in the Personal Lines area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all clients receive a high-quality service
- Meet individual quality and quantity targets
- Provide full system and procedure training
- Develop a good understanding of relevant FSA regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- At least one year of insurance experience in the Channel Islands or the UK
- Excellent time management and numeracy skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
