Job OpportunityWe are seeking a high-quality and accomplished Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team in the Milton Keynes to Cambridge region.
This role involves working with our established and dynamic market-leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practice, where lead generation is key.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Mortgage & Protection advisor in the New Homes Sector, although this is not essential. However, you must have broker experience of 2 years or more and be able to demonstrate success in protection advice & recommendation business of 50% penetration or more.
You will be responsible for providing top-class service to developers and clients, with excellent administration and back-office support in place.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating excellent relationship management of developer accounts
- Attending regular sales meetings and weekly visits to sites
- Providing professional and quality advice from the whole of market
- Maintaining our company policy of treating customers fairly
Earnings potential is realistically in the region of £50 - 60K pa, with a fantastic employed package and the requirement of being fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
