Job Title: Commercial Training Specialist and Product Trainer

Job Summary:

Calex UK (Learning & Development) is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Training Specialist and Product Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to the Mazda dealer network, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver commercial training programs across the automotive sector, providing industry-relevant knowledge and support.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of the curriculum, across the automotive disciplines.
  • Adhere to and maintain organizational processes/documentation in regard to learner attendance, punctuality, testing, assignment, and assessment outcomes.
  • Prepare and participate in routine performance management reviews, maintaining a culture of high-standard output.
  • Adhere to the training schedule and plan resources.
  • Value diversity and promote equality internally and externally.
  • Computer literate (including Microsoft packages: Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • You may occasionally need to deliver virtual classroom training from home. Therefore, you will need a fast and stable internet connection and a quiet and private space to facilitate this.
  • This role may occasionally require UK-wide travel and overnight stays.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required.
