**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our client's in-house legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the transportation and logistics industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, including litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the transportation and logistics industry, including health and safety, employment law, and data protection.
  • Provide risk management advice to the company, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide legal support, including commercial, operations, and HR.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, including developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments in the transportation and logistics industry, including changes in legislation and case law.

**Requirements**

  • A law degree and post-qualification experience in commercial contracts.
  • Expert knowledge in commercial contracts law, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
