About the Role

We are seeking a team of event staff to join our team at Burnley FC, working with Constellation Careers. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including waiting staff, wine waiters, bar staff, retail kiosk assistants, kiosk cashiers/till operators, beer pourers, bar team leaders, restaurant supervisors, managers, and chefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required, but you must have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence when interacting with people and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Driven and dependable approach to work
