Job Title: Raw Materials Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Materials Specialist to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of raw materials and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and lead times to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management systems a plus.
