System Test Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled System Test Engineer to join our team at Rem Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the verification and validation of Systems to ensure they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement verification and validation strategies, plans, and specifications for assigned systems and subsystems
  2. Lead 3rd party qualification activities to ensure compliance with industry standards
  3. Deliver test solutions on time and in full, meeting the required quality and functionality standards
  4. Develop product test specifications and maintain the test documentation set
  5. Lead on the resolution of test failures and identify required resources and facilities to deliver test programmes
  6. Provide support to customers and resellers, engaging with them to provide solutions for product performance issues
  7. Answer technical questions and provide technical training to internal stakeholders
  8. Support the sales and commercial team with evidence for tenders and sales opportunities

Requirements

  1. Degree in engineering, mathematics, data science, or other science area
  2. Basic programming ability and experience working with requirements to define and deliver effective testing
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and travel on occasion
  4. Permission to work in the UK
