As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics, managing graphic designs from conception to delivery, and generating fresh concepts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement visual identity guidelines to ensure brand consistency across various marketing projects.
- Liaise with the Marketing team and other relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to drive creative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
- Extensive expertise in branding, communications, print, and digital media.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, image, composition, hierarchy, and visual communication principles.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a good understanding of motion, digital, and photography.
- Experience with photo shoots and an understanding of print, motion, and digital production environments.
Bodhi offers a competitive basic salary of up to £60,000pa, plus excellent benefits, including a free on-site gym and Bistro.
