IT Technical Recruiter Apprentice Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Technical Recruiter Apprentice. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the recruitment field while developing a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT and technical roles using various recruitment tools and platforms
  • Support the recruitment team in writing job descriptions, posting job adverts, and managing applications
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate recommendations
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and follow-up processes with candidates and clients
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status updates
