Ruby Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join their team in a newly created role. This position reports directly to the Finance Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payment requests to ensure timely and accurate service to the business and key suppliers.
  • Record and post financial transactions, including outgoing and incoming payments, in the company's financial records.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment queries and maintain strong relationships.
  • Reconcile the Accounts Payable ledger, raise invoices daily, and perform supplier reconciliations.
  • Prepare cash flow statements and maintain and reconcile journals.
  • Provide support to the senior Finance Administrator in managing unallocated cash and resolving internal and external queries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement system and process improvements.


The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in Finance Operations or Accounts Payable, with expertise in handling payments and multi-currency bank accounts.


Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as well as intermediate Excel skills and the ability to work to weekly and monthly deadlines.
