Role Overview
As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to aid elderly individuals who may be experiencing challenges due to physical limitations, ensuring they can sustain their independence. This position involves facilitating mobility for residents, helping them navigate to dining areas during meal times, engaging in social activities, and providing access to their private rooms as needed.
Your duties will also encompass assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, hygiene maintenance, and dressing. You will have the chance to engage residents in both physical and mental activities, promoting social interaction through various recreational programs, whether individually or in groups.
The objective of this role is to uphold the dignity, respect, and independence of our residents by delivering exceptional care standards.
