Job Title: Care Assistant

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • No social care experience necessary - we're looking for people with compassion and a willingness to learn
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop knowledge and skills as part of a close-knit team
