Priest in Charge of Toxteth St Bede with St Clement

We are seeking a skilled and experienced priest to join our team as Priest in Charge of Toxteth St Bede with St Clement. This is a part-time, two-year intentional interim position that will involve working with the church to develop their plans for revitalization and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the congregation in engaging with alternative revitalization opportunities and building their capacity for change.
- Develop and implement a strategy for mission and church growth, aligning with the Diocesan strategy Fit for Mission.
- Identify, train, release, and support new Christian leaders and teams.
- Establish and maintain good collaborative working relationships with clergy and lay colleagues.
- Lead the congregation in praying for justice in the Church and the world and recognizing how they can work for more justice in their local communities and the world.
- Experience of facilitating change and leading a team.
- Courage to show clear leadership and an encouraging and inclusive manner.
- Enthusiasm for inner-city ministry and a pastoral heart.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships.
