About the Role
The Learning Executive will play a key role in delivering a new digital first learning strategy for a reputable and established international professional membership body. This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting into an Assessment Delivery Manager, the Learning Executive will ensure the learners of the Institute experience a fair and consistent assessment service while maintaining the integrity of the qualifications offered.
- Working with examiners and institute colleagues, the post holder will support several assessments within the remit of the team, including preparation, checking, and reporting of assessment results.
- The Learning Executive will also be responsible for supporting the Board meetings and ensuring accurate reflection of assessment results in the institute database.
Requirements
- Excellent customer care skills, including sensitivity to the needs of the customer.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a flexible, proactive way, supporting colleagues across the team as necessary.
- Discreet and diplomatic in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach while working under sustained pressure.
- Ability to sustain concentration, speed, and accuracy during bulk processing and to deal effectively with large volumes of data.
- A high standard of organisational skills, including the ability to work effectively to achieve tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience within a professional body or higher education provider.
- Evidence of commitment to professional development.
