Overview:
First Military Recruitment Ltd is currently looking for a Telecommunications Systems Engineer to join our esteemed client.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Design, construct, and sustain radio communication systems.
2. Install and maintain IT applications.
3. Provide technical assurance to clients in the field, focusing on radio and related IT infrastructure.
4. Participate in call-out duties to support customer maintenance agreements.
5. Assist in the preparation of tender documents as required.
6. Generate engineering reports, technical documentation, and training materials as necessary.
7. Contribute positively to the engineering department's objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong educational background.
2. Proficient literacy and numeracy skills.
3. DBS (Criminal Record Check) clearance.
4. Experience in RF propagation.
5. Familiarity with DMR/PMR software applications.
6. Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
7. Knowledge of trunk radio systems.
8. Flexibility to work unsociable hours at short notice if required.
