About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our catering team and deliver exceptional food services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of catering services, meeting both qualitative and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated catering team to deliver high-quality food services that meet client and Sodexo standards.
  • Enforce health and safety compliance and monitor all related equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Motivate and lead catering employees to perform at their best, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Drive margin improvement by adhering to recipes and managing the hospitality food offer to maximize revenue.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives alongside the Business Manager to boost customer engagement and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to cook and present high-quality food consistently.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a catering team effectively.
  • Good understanding of PPDS, allergen laws, COSHH, and HACCP processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely or CIEH Level 3 are desirable but not essential.
