Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
DRW Holdings, LLC. is a leading diversified trading firm seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our production server applications, performing server administration tasks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability and performance of our production server applications.
- Perform server administration tasks, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage our non-production trading data, services, and servers to ensure seamless integration with production environments.
- Understand and manage our networking environment to optimize performance and ensure high-quality data transmission.
Requirements:
- Strong background in financial services, with experience in cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
- Good knowledge of Linux systems administration and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-frequency trading or financial services industry.
- Experience running blockchain nodes.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, service instrumentation, and multi-site software systems.
