We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our team at GoCardless. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a best-in-class SEO strategy across technical and content channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings
- Lead and manage a team of freelancers to craft an SEO strategy across multiple geographies, including the US, UK, France, Spain, and Germany
- Collaborate with our in-house website team to deliver impactful changes and optimize website performance
- Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy and identify technical SEO best practices
- Direct off-page optimization projects, including link-building and social media optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and deliver results
- Proven experience in crafting SEO strategies from start to finish
- Strong understanding of how to monitor and evaluate the impact of SEO efforts
- Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams and executing SEO strategies that deliver excellent organic growth
- Experience working across multiple languages and crafting a strategy across multiple markets
- Data literacy and ability to tie impact back to company goals
