Lead Cybersecurity Assurance Specialist

Iceberg Cyber Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cybersecurity Assurance Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for structuring and implementing our client's cybersecurity assurance program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security consulting, security controls testing, and internal security audits. They will be passionate about improving security posture and have a drive to deliver high-quality results.

We are looking for someone who is motivated by greenfield projects and is happy to take ownership of our client's cybersecurity GRC program. As one of the first security professionals on the floor in London, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our client's cybersecurity program and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity assurance programs
  • Conduct security controls testing and internal security audits
  • Improve security posture and deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cybersecurity initiatives

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in information security consulting, security controls testing, or internal security audits
  • Strong background in security controls testing and internal security audits
  • Passion for improving security posture and drive to deliver high-quality results
  • Experience working in the financial services or financial technology industries
