Job Opportunity

Synapri has partnered with a renowned broadcasting media production company to seek a skilled Database Administrator on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for supporting and developing databases for existing and new applications, assisting with bug fixing, development, and testing, as well as participating in group activities involving demonstrations, design reviews, and other collaborative efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience with DML and DDL commands to modify database structures and update data.
  • Knowledge of SSIS and its applications in data management.
  • Understanding of data management processes in large organizations, including data security and compliance.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and its use in database development.
  • Familiarity with designing databases, including database modeling and normalization.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and their applications in data management.
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and its application in software development.
