Role Overview

We're recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client's site in Inverness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms, as well as other ad-hoc areas.
  • Manage a small team, including rotas, holidays, and performance, and deliver training to all cleaning operatives, ensuring all records are updated correctly.
  • Conduct weekly cleaning audits and escalate any areas of concern to the Facilities Co-ordinator/Manager.
  • Hold weekly team meetings and briefing sessions to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Manage the ordering of stock and consumables, updating the stock management system and distributing to cleaning cupboards.
  • Interact with customers/clients, providing assistance and communicating at all levels.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Desire to lead a team and oversee tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise, with flexibility in working hours and days.
  • Good attention to detail is required.
