About the Role
Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- Undertake sessions according to the programme timetable, ensuring classes commence and finish at designated times.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of all customers.
- Continuously improve the swim lesson programme and service to swimmers and customers.
