Nursery Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the operations of our nursery. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursery, including Staff management, and staff supervision. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills.

Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring efficient care
• Train and supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team of employees
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus
