About the Role:
Sewell Group is seeking a skilled Subway Sandwich Artist to join our team. As a Subway Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for preparing a range of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and sides for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, provide world-class customer service, and support customers with their orders.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food in line with Subway training and guidance, including providing general advice and guidance to customers on products.
- Cleaning and Housekeeping: Clean and maintain the store, including the front and back of house, to maintain high standards.
- Stock Control: Assist with stock control and management, including accepting and checking new deliveries, rotating stock, and ensuring the store is stocked to its full sales potential.
- Security: Be aware of security within the store, including being on the lookout for shoplifters, scams, and the use of fraudulent money and bank cards.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous working experience within a retail, customer service, or food handling environment.
- Passion for Service: A passion for delivering a world-class service.
- Flexibility: A flexible attitude and approach to covering shifts for the wider team.
- Initiative: A 'hands-on' approach to working and be able to use own initiative.
- Positive Attitude: A positive, approachable, and professional attitude and demeanor.
- Teamwork: The ability to work both as a team member and alone in a busy working environment.
- Learning and Development: Possess a positive approach to learning, development, and progression.
