About the Role
London Business School is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Alumni Engagement. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our alumni engagement strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a world-class alumni engagement strategy that meets the needs of our alumni and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the school's overall advancement and engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with our goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of plans for incoming and current alumni, overseeing their implementation to ensure delivery against engagement targets.
- Identify trends and insights with alumni, providing recommendations to develop the school's relationships.
Key Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with alumni and stakeholders at senior levels.
- Highly skilled in negotiation, networking, and influencing, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on material issues, with a strong attention to detail.
- Extensive awareness of the activities of the organization and competitor schools, with the ability to scan the horizon and identify industry best practices.
- Proven financial management skills, with experience of leading a team in a senior-level role.
