About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Development Analyst. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via various communication channels, including email, phone, and webchat.

  • Identify and escalate any technical issues or risks to relevant teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Ensure that client queries and complaints are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and online guides to support clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including projects, 2nd line, and digital, to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our support services and processes.

What You'll Achieve in the First 6 Months

  • You will become a key contributor to our feedback process, working closely with product, project, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

  • You will be part of our scaling projects, helping to develop and implement new support channels and processes to enhance client experience.

  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the education sector.

Interview Process

  1. Our Talent Acquisition Manager will contact you to schedule a 20-30 minute introductory call.

  2. You will participate in a 1st stage interview with two Support Team Leads, followed by a 2nd and final stage interview with our Head of Support.
