Key Responsibilities- Support the Wider Team: Collaborate with the team to deliver excellence in building maintenance, upholding a 'one team ethos'.
- Undertake a Varied Range of Tasks: Perform a diverse set of duties, including painting, joinery, minor building repairs, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Close and Update Completed Tasks: Ensure accurate and timely completion of PPM tasks on the site's CAFM system.
- Ensure High Standards of Workmanship: Maintain exceptional standards of work quality to maximize the operational effectiveness and reliability of the building and associated systems.
- Assist Specialist Subcontractors: Support specialist subcontractors' requirements for PPM and reactive works.
- Maintain Accurate Site Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation.
- Work in Typical Building Environments: Perform tasks in standard building environments, working from platforms and ladders.
- Maintain Company-Issued Tools: Safeguard and maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Contribute to Contract Success: Proactively work towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach.
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental Procedures: Adhere to Integral's Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
- Perform Quarterly Fire Door Inspections: Conduct regular fire door 7-point inspections.
- Experience in Maintenance: Possess experience in a similar position within a maintenance environment.
- Relevant Qualifications: Hold relevant qualifications, such as a time served apprenticeship, C&G/NVQ or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Safety Procedures: Familiarity with toolbox talks, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
- Manual Task Capabilities: Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights.
- Communication Skills: Possess good verbal and written communication skills and ability to use computers.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Initiative and Drive: Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
- Integrity and Honesty: High level of initiative and drive to continuously improve the operation.
- Collaborative Team Player: Collaborative Team Player with a positive attitude.
