About the Role

We are collaborating with a prominent residential construction firm in search of a Senior Technical Project Leader to enhance their team.

You will be part of a Tier 1 Construction Company with a robust portfolio of ongoing and upcoming projects, directly engaging in some of the most innovative new residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Oversee all facets of the Technical Management function on assigned projects or assist within the Technical Management team for large-scale developments.
  • Exhibit commercial awareness while managing established budgets to deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by the company, professional consultants, and relevant parties.
  • Conduct monthly audits, reporting, and meet delivery targets.
  • Facilitate Land/Technical Handover meetings.
  • Monitor and manage all technical statutory obligations, including planning, legal agreements, and warranties.
  • Report on all technical issues during monthly project meetings.
  • Manage the consultant design delivery schedule.
  • Provide timely responses to contractor RFIs to maintain project timelines.
  • Lead and conduct Design Team meetings.
