About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team of engineers developing and supporting electrical & electronic solutions used on our race, rally, and road projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the design of electrical systems, including harnesses, sensors, and control units.
  • Build and develop wiring harnesses and bench testing equipment.
  • First build of pre-production harnesses.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and work through problems methodically.
  • Produce documentation to assist with electrical installations.
  • Define requirements, specify, and implement sensors.
  • Liaise with other departments and customers to support the build and testing of parts, systems, and vehicles.
  • Support onsite car build with troubleshooting of electrical and electronic issues.
  • Support events (Race and Rally) when required.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems in motorsport.
  • In-depth knowledge of motorsport wiring components, tooling, and build practices.
  • Basic understanding of various communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
  • Competent in the use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and support cars on event or test.
