Lift Repair Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lift Repair Engineer to join our team at REClifts. As a Lift Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining passenger lifts, ensuring they are safe and functioning correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain passenger lifts, including traction and MRL lifts
  • Participate in an on-call rota to ensure prompt response to lift faults
  • Mentor junior Lift Repair Engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Report defective lifting equipment and order new parts as necessary
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience working on passenger lifts
  • Hold a full clean driving licence and be willing to travel
  • Qualified to or above NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in a lift engineering discipline
  • Lives a commutable distance away from Dartford, Essex
