About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Advisor. As a key member of our People Support Centre, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and advise on all aspects of HR management, including employee lifecycle and engagement.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and provide support to managers and employees.
  • Travel to various offices and sites across the UK to meet with customers and provide face-to-face support.
  • Line manage two administrators and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Appropriate knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
  • Proven generalist HR experience, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
  • Ability to travel nationally, on an ad hoc basis, to support internal customers.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience of using HR systems and software, such as ResourceLink and SharePoint.
  • Human Resources Management degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a People Manager, HR Manager, or Senior HR Advisor.
