We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential Service for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be the OFSTED Registered Manager responsible for delivering services that meet legislative and regulatory requirements in relation to The Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies for the effective management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
  • To work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of the service, including the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
