Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Integrated Mental Health Service team as a Deputy Charge Nurse. This is a permanent position that requires a focus on sustainable and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to individuals experiencing mental illness and receiving care from secondary care mental health services.
- Work collaboratively as part of the integrated mental health team to deliver person-centered and evidence-based care and treatment.
- Lead the resource centre team within the West catchment of the service, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Interface with various agencies, including NHS Forth Valley, Housing Services, Substance Misuse Services, and SPS, to provide an accessible and responsive service.
- Coordinate and manage health maintenance clinics and group work delivered within the resource centre.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
- Experience working in a community mental health setting.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
