Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICT Technician to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd, supporting a network of educational institutions ranging from primary to high schools. This role requires 100% onsite presence, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting ICT infrastructure across various educational settings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for ICT systems across multiple schools within the Academy Trust.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment.
  • Ensure ICT systems are operational and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Support teachers, staff, and students with ICT-related issues and provide training as needed.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings across different school environments.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Assist with ICT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and installations across the Trust.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of ICT assets and activities within each school.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an ICT Technician or similar role, ideally within an educational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT hardware, software, and networking technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to different school environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support users of varying technical abilities.
  • Full driving license and access to a personal vehicle for regular travel between school sites.
