Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals to develop and implement personalized plans to improve their daily functioning and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on daily living skills and adaptive techniques
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the UK
- Experience working with adults and/or children with physical, cognitive, or mental health disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
