Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customs Clearance Specialist to support our growing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the customs clearance process, ensuring that all import and export activities comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customs Declarations: Accurately prepare and submit import and export declarations, ensuring compliance with UK and Irish customs regulations.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on customs matters and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Compliance Management: Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations, particularly in the post-Brexit context, to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle any customs-related challenges, such as detentions or documentation discrepancies, promptly and effectively.
  • Documentation: Ensure all customs documentation is correctly completed, filed, and maintained according to legal and client requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customs authorities, internal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth customs operations.
