Job Role: Construction Groundworker

Location: Isle of Grain, Kent

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our team at Search, a leading civils project contractor. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks including excavation, drainage, and ground preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake excavation and ground preparation work to a high standard
• Operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with other site teams to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current CSCS card
• Blue skilled card (desirable)
• CPCS/NPORS with CSCS hologram for Dumper/Roller ticket (desirable)
• Full orange 5-point PPE
• Proven experience working in a civils environment
• Strong attention to HSE standards
