  • Supervise site personnel and make decisions relating to site operations.
  • Ensure health and safety standards and regulations are complied with.
  • Liaise with architects and engineers regarding drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise employees and allocate work on a daily basis.
  • Manage sub-contractor call-offs and coordinate labour requirements.
  • Diaries- ensure site diaries are kept up to date daily.
  • Identify training and development needs of employees.
  • Guarantee and manage quality of work produced.
  • Monitor Contract programmes and implement 2-4 week look-ahead programmes.
  • Ensure all materials are taken off and MRS submitted timeously.
  • Carry out daily inspection and log any defects on Procore.
  • Produce a 'snag' list prior to completion of project.
  • Ensure all project/site documentation is saved/filed into the required locations.

  • Drivers licence.
  • First Aid.
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience of managing the construction of multi-disciplinary highly serviced buildings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, persuade, guide and motivate others.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Computer Literacy – including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
