About the Role

As a Catering & Housekeeping Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene standards in food storage, preparation, and delivery.
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety regulations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of kitchen checks.
  • Taking pride in the preparation, presentation, and service of high-quality food.
  • Diligently recording food wastage in accordance with our procedures, with a focus on minimizing waste to maximize profit.
  • Serving food and drinks with warmth and hospitality, while engaging in authentic, inclusive conversations.
  • Providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
