Air Astana, Kazakhstan's award-winning airline, is seeking a Commercial Strategy Leader to drive its commercial growth in the UK market. As a key member of the airline's leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the airline's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and market share in the UK
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel management companies, online travel agencies, tour operators, and retail agents
- Collaborate with the airline's marketing team to develop and execute a compelling marketing strategy that positions Air Astana as a leading airline in the UK market
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with key industry players
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the aviation industry
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth and revenue expansion in a UK market
- Strong understanding of the UK aviation market and its key trends and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
