**Location:** Various sites across the UK

**Salary:** £34,000

**Job Type:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rota

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Specialist to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting water testing and monitoring, monitoring and sampling various water treatment tasks, testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves, monitoring hot and cold water tanks, and carrying out disinfection works when required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct water testing and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and sample various water treatment tasks to identify potential issues
  • Test and service thermostatic mixing valves to ensure proper function
  • Monitor hot and cold water tanks to prevent Legionella growth
  • Carry out disinfection works when required to maintain a safe water environment

**Requirements:**

  • Part 1 - The control of legionella bacteria in evaporative cooling systems qualification (essential)
  • Part 2 The control of Legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems qualification (essential)
  • Part 3 - The control of Legionella bacteria in other risk systems qualification (essential)
  • Experience working within a similar commercial environment (2 years minimum)
  • Able to pass security clearance
