Job Title: HR Administrator

Salary: £25,000-£30,000
Location: St. Albans
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Full Time Monday- Friday (office flexitime arrangement is in place 8am-6.30pm)

Company Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract drafting and administration.
  2. Produce letters, compile reports, and coordinate work experience placements.
  3. Handle childcare vouchers and reference requests.
  4. Support HR tasks, update HR processes, manage absences, and assist with projects.
  5. Maintain accurate office records and ensure GDPR compliance.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication skills over the phone and email.
  2. Strong IT skills, with excellent working knowledge of Excel.
  3. Organised and efficient, with a sympathetic and understanding approach.
  4. CIPD Level 3 or qualified by experience in a similar role.
  5. A-Levels or above.
