Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to patients with cancer and related conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a clinical service in the relevant specialty to patients of the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust and General Practitioners.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate care for patients.
  • Provide consultation and advisory services to clinical colleagues in the Trust and Primary Care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in medical oncology and a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
