Dispensing Optician Job Opportunity

Zest Business Group is seeking a highly skilled Dispensing Optician to join our team in a senior role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day leadership and decision-making.
  • Train and develop existing and incoming team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive dispensing services, including pre-screening, collections, and adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • General Optical Council (GOC) registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain a reputation for high-quality customer care.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
