About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Lime Tree Court Residential Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of Care Assistants
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of care policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience in care, preferably in a leadership role
  • NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of older people
