Business Teacher Opportunity

Zest Education Ltd is working closely with schools across Sandwell to find a dedicated Business Teacher. This full-time role will commence in January 2025 and involve teaching Business Studies to students in KS4 and KS5.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons and inspire students to achieve their best. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the subject and be able to create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess Business Studies lessons to students in KS4 and KS5
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning
  • Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Business Studies curriculum
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
