About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our Jones Bootmaker team in Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, including coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, providing expert advice on shoe care and accessories to meet customer needs.
  • Be self-aware, taking responsibility for your own performance and the performance of your store, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example and embodying our company values.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10, increasing to £12.35 per hour upon completion of the required retail induction PaSS stages.
